Sheree Hartwell is a lifelong Arizona resident and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Fashion Merchandising and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. She has been the owner of the FORD/Robert Black Model and Talent Agency in Scottsdale, Arizona for the last decade and has been in the talent management business for the last 15 years. The FORD/Robert Black Agency manages over 350 models and actors for all facets of the model and entertainment industry. Today she is involved in maintaining client relationships, scouting new talent, sending talent overseas and to national markets outside of Arizona, as well as the day-to-day operations of running her company.

Prior to owning the FORD/Robert Black Agency, Sheree managed the women’s division at CITY Model Management in San Francisco for 5 years.

In addition to her full work schedule, Sheree also finds time to volunteer with several organizations including Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Alzheimer’s Association, Autism Speaks, Fresh Start Women’s Organization, and the American Cancer Society.

Among the many awards and recognitions Sheree has received are the 2006 “Valley V.I.P.” from Arizona Foothills Magazine, the 2008 “Emerging Trendsetter, Entrepreneurs Under 30” from the Scottsdale Downtowner, the 2009 Arizona Woman Magazine Million Dollar Club “Rising Star” and the 2014 President’s Award from Fashion Group International

Sheree and her husband Beau live in Scottsdale and have a beautiful daughter, Lillian Grace, who is 3 years old. Sheree wants her legacy to be that she was a positive role model for her daughter and also as an industry professional.
